Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson have management backgrounds which consists of a combined 50 years of managing and marketing experience in the hospitality industry. The last 15 years have been spent in concept development with 14 years in expanding managerial expertise in multi-unit supervision. The company's affiliates presently own and operate several successful restaurants and pubs. These concepts include Sherlock's Baker St. Pub & Grill, 221 B Baker St. Pub and Grill and Watson's House of Ales.

Hospitality USA has developed and maintained a high consistency of service, quality, positive employee attitude, and good product value. These attributes along with proven concepts, have assured success in controlling market share and have established these concepts as leaders in sales and as trendsetters for marketing and promotions.

LARRY MARTIN


Larry Martin is a graduate of the University of Houston’s school of Hotel and Restaurant Management with a B.S. in Business Management. He has more than twenty-seven years management experience in the hospitality industry including thirteen years as a multi-unit supervisor and is currently co-owner and president of Hospitality U.S.A.

He utilizes his business background for supervising company development and growth implementation, ongoing financial accountability and reporting, market analysis and concept evolution. With extensive project development background and management knowledge, Larry Martin develops and implements many of the programs used throughout the company.
 
EDGAR CARLSON


Edgar Carlson attended the University of Houston with a major in Marketing. He has spent over twenty-five years in the hospitality field in management and supervisory positions. He is presently co-owner of Hospitality USA.

Edgar uses his background to implement and guide all marketing and public relations. Focusing on the marketing aspects, years of management add to his diversity of knowledge in the hospitality industry. Edgar has successfully developed numerous hospitality facilities throughout the country.
