COMPANY HISTORY

In the 80's and 90’s Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson were in the business of operating and managing pubs, nightclubs and restaurants. Working together, Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson have become the main trust of implementation and development of new concepts. They have been involved in as many as thirty-five successful restaurant and pub/nightclub openings and continuing management.

Hospitality USA was formed in 1994 for the purpose of continuing the successful development, construction and operation of pub and restaurant facilities.

Hospitality USA has extensive experience in every facet of developing successful hospitality operations. These facets include, but are not limited to, site selection, design, strategic planning, accounting, and construction to complete operations.
