In addition to Hospitality USA's experience in project design
and development, a team of experts in the field will be used
to create proposed concept. Included in the design and development,
all prospective sites are reviewed.
The site selection process focuses on a variety of factors,
including demographic characteristics (i.e. population density,
median age and income), site characteristics (i.e. visibility,
accessibility, and traffic counts), and local competition.
The objective is to position a facility in areas of commercial
concentration with quick and convenient access to major traffic
arteries, multi-family residential areas and other retail and
hospitality like projects.
