Hospitality USA Investment Group, INC was formed in 1995 by principals Larry Martin and Edgar Carlson to design and operate multiple, full-service restaurants and pubs. Hospitality USA is a diversified management company specializing in the unique entertainment and hospitality industry.
Carlson and Martin met in college at the time when both worked as bartenders in Houston. They developed a long lasting friendship while learning the pub business in a variety of locations. In 1995, they took on the challenge of creating and fine-tuning a unique concept: Sherlock's Baker St. Pub.
Hospitality USA fills a void in the pub and restaurant industry by providing concepts that are not only exciting, but cost effective as well. Hospitality USA emphasizes high quality value, service and products in formats that allow every patron to enjoy a pleasurable experience in a fun, lively atmosphere.
Today the partners of Hospitality USA Investment Group INC. have vaulted Sherlock's Baker St. Pubs from a single neighborhood pub to a growing national chain.
